Q1. Why my tablet looked used with scratches on screen?

A1. Every tablet pc has a screen protector on it when comes out from factory. When our Quality staff test it, they would left some scratches on it. Please take off the screen protector carefully just like in the photo below.

Q2. Why my tablet can not start?

Q5. Why the battery sometimes can use more long time,sometimes lower time?

Q7. Why the GPS can't use,but the describe write built-in GPS?

A7. Because every country's GPS Navigation software and the map not the same,and we have not that,so we have not built-in your country's GPS Navigation software and the map,that must do it by yourself,you can download from network in your country.

Q8. what can I do if the tablet pc damaged or cracked on its arrival?
